As cloud adoption becomes more mature in organizations, we believe there is a need for a new generation of consultants who are able to drive business value for our clients through training, enablement and adoption services. We believe the responsibilities of this role as listed below but are looking for true innovators who can help in transforming the space:

  • Conduct workshops to showcase various product capabilities in ServiceNow.
  • Conduct lab exercises to provide hands on experience for clients.
  • Conduct enablement and adoption services:
    • Enable clients to use ServiceNow platform through pilot projects, data loads, etc.
    • Monitor usage to ensure users are leveraging the platform as intended
    • Provide proactive insights and interventions to enhance value derived
  • Configuration support:
    • Work with various INRY consultants and technical teams to:
      • Capture requirements for platform configuration as part of workshops. Provide requirements to technical teams for delivery
      •  Conduct user acceptance testing sessions to ensure final delivered product is consistent with initial workshops
  • Focus on value delivered to the client by ensuring that business objectives are met. This means either delivering the original scope or changing the scope in close partnership with the client. As the project progresses, our clients learn more about ServiceNow, and we learn more about client objectives. This may strengthen the initial assumptions or require us to change direction to align with outcomes.

Personality & Skills:

Required skill: Training users in any one of the following:

  • IT Processes (PM, ITIL, IT Lean, CMMI, Agile etc.)
  • Business Enterprise IT products (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Trained users in contact centers for business services like customer services, HR shared service, procurement, shared services, etc.

Nice to have skills: Training experience combined with any one of the following would make an ideal candidate

  • Consulting background
  • Implementation of any IT solutions
  • Implementation of any contact center solutions

Soft skills:

  • Learner that has the ability to adapt to a fast pace and ever changing environment
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills: oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical information in an articulate manner
  • Must have attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs
  • Proven record of successfully managing client relationships



Open to most locations. Prefer Minnesota (Minneapolis), Texas (Dallas, Austin) Ohio Valley (Cincinnati, Columbus), Carolinas (Charlotte, Raleigh). This position will require travel within the US, typically 10% to 50% depending on projects.


Will consider anyone in Hyderabad from specialized organizations like QAI or IT centric training organizations like NIIT and “visa ready” to travel to US.
