Shelley is an HR leader passionate about transforming the employee experience, including the experience of HR employees, through ServiceNow. Starting her ServiceNow journey as a Business Process Consultant in 2019, Shelley has since worn many hats, from QA tester to Project Manager to her current role as Principal.

She has a decade of internal HR experience, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). She brings her passion for all things HR to her role as a Principal in INRY's Employee Workflows practice and uses a collaborative and coaching-informed style to work both with client stakeholders as well as internal INRY teams to ensure the voice of the customer is front and centre throughout the ServiceNow journey. Her philosophy is "We spend most of our lives at work. Let's make work better".
