The project needs to be designed based on customer maturity, complexity, and any unique requirements. ServiceNow is well suited to agile implementation methodologies where you can create sprints with well-defined process areas that go live in production. Each sprint typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks in the initial rollout phases, followed by 2 to 4-week sprints as you get more comfortable.
