Our 2-tiered Services

We offer two tiers of implementation services as part of PASS: SMART Success and Targeted. INRY’s tiers of service are designed to offer simple and innovative approaches that help realize value faster with high margins, ease of scale and sustainability.

SMART Success

Our predefined SMART Success services allow our clients to go live with ServiceNow out of the box experience with minimal configuration. The emphasis is on realizing ServiceNow investments' value by modernizing and automating processes as delivered by ServiceNow. Small and medium organizations can go live in as little as 4 weeks while larger organizations can start pilots in the same time.


The Targeted tier is for unique, large, complex processes or environments. We continue to define sprints based on process areas but may have longer time frames, complex organization change management needs, or deeper technology requirements. We define manageable and controllable stages to deliver targeted outcomes in "production" every month or quarter.

INRY's methodology is based on Agile and PRINCE2 and borrows best practices from multiple other frameworks. Agile development methodologies work great in a modern cloud environment to provide continuous outcomes. We use the principles of PRINCE2 for project governance dividing projects into manageable and controllable stages. We believe this provides a practical approach to business outcomes instead of a purist approach that may not be used across different client organizations.

We realize every client may have their own way of working. Our team is flexible in working with our clients the way they want while continuing to work internally within INRY using our PASS methodology and our tools. It is extremely rare where we are not able to use our methodology internally - in such situations, both INRY and the client make conscious decisions on the governance, accountability, and ownership of success.

Quite a few of our clients use their own ServiceNow instance or their own project management tools. We integrate with other ServiceNow instances and replicate project artifacts such as stories, defects, etc. We have automated INRY Assurance using our ServiceNow instance, including end-to-end work such as auto-generated documentation, tight financial management, tight governance, our SOC2 compliance. Not using our methodology or tool may increase our cost to deliver or could cause delivery inconsistency. We are cautious about selecting projects when we cannot use our instance for our work.
