Home to America’s fifth largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies, the city of Minneapolis was keen on building an idea management system that allowed anyone to submit new ideas. There was a need for an efficient and transparent system to engage the city leadership and other stakeholders, including IT and Finance teams to track, manage, and convert ideas into reality.
