ServiceNow is the leader in HR Service Delivery. Starting with Case Management, ServiceNow has built profound technology in portals, Knowledge Management (Content and policies for HR), integrations, and end-to-end employee experience. ServiceNow is also a very secure platform endorsed by IT organizations in over 70% of medium and large enterprises.

Finally, given its high usage, most companies are comfortable using ServiceNow for IT Service Delivery. It is easier to drive usage and adoption for HR service delivery when employees go to the same place for all enterprise services.

ServiceNow provides integrations at the user experience layer through Enterprise Service Center (ESC) and back end integrations through Integration Hub.
