Iowa is known for its diverse climate and long winters. To ensure that these conditions do not disrupt normal life, the organization hires more than 1000 seasonal employees every year. Every season, each one of these 1000 employees had to complete a process of filling more than 15 paper forms at the time of onboarding.

INRY implemented ServiceNow to enable Iowa DoT onboard more than 300 seasonal employees in spring and offboard them efficiently in fall.​

As a testament to the user-friendliness of the platform, we recorded the time it took for the first employee to complete the onboarding formalities. We were thrilled to know a 68-year-old lady only took just 28 minutes to finish the onboarding task!​
