Onboarding is typically a part of the ServiceNow HR Enterprise Onboarding SKU. The license cost depends on the organization's size, the number of employees, and the overall ServiceNow contract with the customer.

ServiceNow provides end-to-end workflow across multiple departments, including HR, facilities, and all other enterprise services, to provide an excellent new employee experience. Products like Workday and Oracle are focused on HR system onboarding, which is just one part of the employee experience. ServiceNow works seamlessly with other systems and especially integrates well with Successfactors (in addition to Workday, Oracle, etc.).

INRY's Identify and Access provisioning complements ServiceNow's strength in IT Asset Management to provide a full IT solution in addition to the HR solution.

At this point, ServiceNow, the company, does not provide a recruiting or applicant tracking system at this time.

HR Onboarding technology follows the same platform development tools as HR Service. The configuration should focus on documenting lifecycle events, defining the employee experience and journey through these events, and finally configuring the ServiceNow to provide the best employee experience.
